All sneakers are custom made, therefore we cannot allow returns. If an article is damaged or does not meet our quality requirements, we ask you to contact us.

Why don't you do returns?

Our articles are custom made. Therefore we can not receive return orders.

Will I get a refund if my item is damaged?

Yes, you will receive a coupon.

Types of Shipments and Delivery Periods

We strive to deliver the item to you within 10 working days. Unfortunately, we depend on our carriers for this.

Do I get a track and trace code?

After receiving your order, you will receive a track and trace code from one of our carriers. With this track and trace code you can track your order to your front door!

You can register during the ordering process. Creating an account is necessary for the ordering process.

Can you delete my account?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have your account deleted, because invoice data is linked to this.

You can change your billing or delivery address on your account dashboard.
